**Event Coordinator** – Sales,Training & Hospitality (Full Time)

We're looking for someone special: a natural salesperson, a great trainer, and a warm, confident host who makes every family feel like the guest of honor.
Launch is hiring a full-time Event Coordinator in Norwood to lead our birthday parties and group events, one of the fastest-growing parts of our business.
**Pay & Schedule**
* $21–$25/hour + commission on event sales
* Full time, 30+ hours/week
* Weekends are our busiest days, with flexible weekday scheduling
**What You'll Do**
* Sell: Turn inquiries into booked events, upsell packages and add-ons, and build group bookings with schools, teams, and community groups
* Train: Coach and motivate party hosts to deliver a 5-star experience every time
* Host: Welcome families, plan stress-free celebrations, and run events with energy and polish
* Follow up to earn great reviews and repeat bookings
**Who You Are**
* Confident asking for the sale and driven by goals
* A natural coach who brings out the best in a team
* Warm, organized, and at your best when it's busy
* Experience in sales, events, hospitality, or customer service; leadership experience a plus
