Job Scope & Key Responsibilities
On-Site Event Execution & Support

Support the team during live events and activations.

Assist with event setup, registration, crowd flow, client liaison, and backstage logistics.

Coordinate with vendors and suppliers during setup and teardown.

Pre-Event Planning & Coordination

Help with event prep including packing kits, preparing equipment, and checking logistics.

Assist in liaising with suppliers and consolidating operational requirements.

Contribute to event run sheets, layout plans, and production timelines.

Post-Event Wrap-Up & Archiving

Assist in post-event debriefs, data collation, and documentation.

Organize and archive event photos, videos, and materials for future use.

Creative & Operational Support

Support the development of presentation decks, proposals, and logistics plans.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for event experiences.

Administrative & Team Support

Provide general administrative support including inventory checks, filing, and office logistics.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
