Event Coordinator / Lead Host

Job Summary

Lucrezia high end Italian restaurant is seeking an Event Coordinator & Host Supervisor to book, execute and manage private events and oversee front-of-house guest experiences. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing events from inquiry to completion, including client communication, scheduling, and on-site support. Additionally, this position oversees the host team to ensure organization, smooth restaurant flow, and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate private events, including booking, logistics, and execution

· Communicate with clients to understand event needs and ensure satisfaction

· Collaborate with kitchen and management teams for seamless service

· Supervise and train host staff; manage scheduling and daily operations

· Oversee reservations, waitlists, and guest seating to optimize flow

· Provide excellent guest service and handle customer inquiries or concerns

Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
