Marketing Events CoordinatorThe Marketing Events Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows and customer-focused engagements. This role involves end-to-end coordination of event logistics, vendor management, and on-site support to ensure successful event delivery and alignment with business objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute marketing events such as trade shows and customer eventsCoordinate event logistics, including registration, attendee tracking, and reportingManage event materials, presentations, and pre/post-event evaluationsProcure and coordinate vendor services for eventsOrganize facility setup, exhibits, equipment, and catering requirementsProvide on-site event support to ensure smooth executionResearch and evaluate potential event locations and venuesCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholdersBuild strong working relationships with peers, customers, and vendorsPresent project updates and event-related information when requiredWork EnvironmentCollaborative, team-oriented environmentModerate complexity tasks requiring independent judgmentGeneral guidance provided for routine tasks; detailed direction for new projectsRequired QualificationsBachelor's Degree (required)Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event coordination or marketingStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyExperience coordinating logistics and vendor managementAdditional RequirementsMust be legally authorized to work in the United StatesNo client sponsorship available for this roleKey SkillsEvent planning and coordinationVendor managementLogistics and operations managementCommunication and presentation skillsTime management and prioritizationProblem-solving and decision-making
