Proven experience in event planning, event coordination, or hospitality management.Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple events and competing priorities simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal team members.Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, high-energy environment.Customer-service mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor and genuine passion for hospitality.Experience with event marketing strategies and the ability to promote events across multiple channels.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and event management or CRM software.Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation.
