Event Coordinator – Part-Time (Spanish Required)

Nencini Ballroom is a luxury event venue specializing in quinceañeras, weddings, and upscale private celebrations. We’re hiring a bilingual Client Event Coordinator to manage communication with booked clients, lead planning meetings, coordinate details across contracts/questionnaires, and ensure weekend events run smoothly. This role is not sales. It’s execution, organization, and client leadership. Schedule + Pay • Part-time • Weekdays: client communication + scheduled planning meetings • Weekends: on-site event coordination (~8 hours per event) • Pay based on experience (discussed during interview)
