Safe & Sound is a children’s advocacy organization working to prevent child abuse and reduce its devastating impact on the child, their family, and our entire community. We have been a pioneer in the field of child abuse prevention, working within San Francisco for more than 50 years. • Knowledge of community resources in San Francisco, cultural competency practices. • Ability to organize successful events, including planning logistics, promoting the event, and acquiring sponsorships • Ability to respond calmly to unexpected challenges, cancellations, or changes to client/vendors requests • Ability to keep events fresh and memorable • Outstanding interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively. o This position requires evening/weekend hours
