Compensation:

Annual Salary: $72–79K

Schedule & Availability:

· On-site availability Thursday through Monday, as business needs require

· Availability for daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday events

Responsibilities:

Ensure seamless event execution by following procedures, collaborating with SFIAC/NBEC teams, and maintaining accuracy. Act as the main liaison between the Club and clients throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases. Coordinate event details, greet clients, and communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams. Identify and resolve operational challenges, offering solutions and alternatives as needed. Ensure billing accuracy, review invoices, and assist with final payments and missing documentation. Participate in site inspections and support event planning and sales processes, including upselling services. Deliver exceptional customer service, set a positive example, and remain present and available to clients at all times. Follow up post-event for feedback and rebooking opportunities; use insights to improve service and workflows. Gather feedback from clients, management, and staff to enhance service quality and operations. Conduct and lead pre- and post-event meetings with service, bar, setup, and kitchen teams. Ensure staff understand expectations and provide guidance to maintain high service standards. Support onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance feedback for staff; assist with corrective action plans. Assist with inventory management, ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of operational areas. Candidate Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, or banquet operations Proven ability to manage events from planning through execution and follow-up Strong presence on the floor with the ability to lead and support event operations Excellent communication skills with clients, kitchen, and service teams Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Reliable transportation Candidates must reside in the United States Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Preferred:

Experience in private clubs, hotels, or event venues Experience planning and executing wedding receptions Familiarity with Italian cuisine and service style Knowledge of bar service and beverage operations Experience with POS/event systems (ReServe, Clover, or similar) Relevant certifications (ServSafe, Allergen, Responsible Alcohol Service) or ability to obtain within 30 days Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Please review all details before applying. xywuqvp This role is open to candidates based in the United States only.
