Gather feedback from clients, management, and staff to enhance service quality and operations. 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, or banquet operations Proven ability to manage events from planning through execution and follow-up Strong presence on the floor with the ability to lead and support event operations Excellent communication skills with clients, kitchen, and service teams Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Reliable transportation Candidates must reside in the United States Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Preferred:
