Compensation: Annual Salary: $72–79K

Schedule & Availability: On-site availability Thursday through Monday, as business needs require
Availability for daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday events
Responsibilities: Ensure seamless event execution by following procedures, collaborating with SFIAC/NBEC teams, and maintaining accuracy.
Act as the main liaison between the Club and clients throughout pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
Coordinate event details, greet clients, and communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams.
Identify and resolve operational challenges, offering solutions and alternatives as needed.
Ensure billing accuracy, review invoices, and assist with final payments and missing documentation.
Participate in site inspections and support event planning and sales processes, including upselling services.
Deliver exceptional customer service, set a positive example, and remain present and available to clients at all times.
Follow up post-event for feedback and rebooking opportunities; use insights to improve service and workflows.
Gather feedback from clients, management, and staff to enhance service quality and operations.
