NON- NEGOTIABLE: We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Event Coordinator / Production Assistant to join our team and bring unforgettable events to life!
About the company: Linking Events is a Miami-based event production company specializing in corporate brand activations across Florida. We work with major clients who expect flawless execution — and we deliver. We're a small, tight-knit team that takes pride in making every event look seamless, no matter what it takes behind the scenes.
About the role: This is a hands-on, get-it-done position. You'll split your time between office-based logistics and planning, and on-site event execution. One day you're coordinating vendor timelines and prepping checklists. The next you're driving a sprinter van to an event site, setting up a full brand activation, and representing a Fortune 500 client on the ground.
If you're looking for a role where you delegate the physical work, this isn't it. If you want to grow with a company and build real event production experience with major brands — keep reading.
Schedule & Pay: $17–20/hour for office hours | Higher hourly rate for event days. Schedule is flexible and event-driven. Clients set the dates, not us. This person will be attending 90-100% of all events, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Summer is slower and ideal for training. Fall through spring is our busy season with significantly more hours and events.
