The coordinator should be proficient with Microsoft Office and event management software, particularly the EventsAir platform or similar tools. • Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or hospitality industry • Proficiency with event management platforms such as EventsAir or similar • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication abilities • Willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends • Ability to travel minimally including some overnight stays • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally • Ability to maintain composure in high-paced environments • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Teams SharePoint
