Event Coordinator Set Up/Break Down (at a College)

Job Overview College in Baltimore is seeking Event Set Up/Break down specialists. Positions ends 10/01/26. Could be extended.. Pay is $22hr and paid weekly. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Setup and breakdown internal and external events.Ensure space is configured per floor chart and client’s request.Assist with maintaining accurate inventory of events equipment, materials, and supplies.Answer phones and triage clients ‘issues for manager and coordinator.Other duties as assigned.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.Able to lift up to 30lbs.Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.Attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.Previous experience in hospitality or event management is a plus but not required.A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take on various roles as needed during events.Job Types: Full-time, Contract
