Event Coordinator Specialist

Job Description About the Role In this role, you will plan and manage events by overseeing project timelines, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and driving content development and communication efforts to engage target audiences effectively. Requirements • 4-8 years of experience in event planning and management, project management, logistics coordination, stakeholder and agency partnership, communication, content development or data analysis/report generation in dynamic business environments. • Minimum of 4 years' experience with stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record of successful agency partnerships • Minimum of 4 years' hands-on experience with content development and data analysis, including the ability to generate and interpret actionable reports • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related field or equivalent experience • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
