Event Coordinator, Stadium Operations

It is our shared responsibility to maintain the first-class reputation associated with the franchise in all aspects of our business. The Stadium Operations Event Coordinator will assist the Executive Director of Stadium Planning & Special Projects and the Senior Manager, Stadium Operations with the coordination of the logistical and functional activities for non-baseball events. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • 1-3+ years of experience in operations and event planning • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize quickly • Ability to build and maintain rapport with service contractors, municipal emergency services and all event staff • Knowledge in determining and coordinating logistical needs for large events, preferably in a large sports stadium or event venue • Proficiency with general office PC applications (i.e., word processing, TEAMS, Zoom, spreadsheets, databases) • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail • Willingness to learn and adapt to change • Must be flexible with working nights, weekends, and holidays including in an outdoor Stadium environment • Experience with trade unions is a plus.
