Responsibilities • Assist with the planning and execution of weddings, group events, and HOA gatherings, ensuring all logistics and details are managed efficiently. • Support the sales team in organizing catering services, room setups, and event timelines. • Coordinate with local vendors (e.g., florists, photographers, entertainment) to fulfill event requirements as requested. • Assist with planning and executing activations at the Inn, such as seasonal events, special promotions, or unique offerings. • Run errands as needed by management to support daily operations, event setups, or other tasks.
