As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our venue guests have the best possible experience. We are looking for someone who is confident in their communication skills, detail-oriented, and dedicated to getting the job done right.

What You’ll Do:

Attend detail meetings and lead rehearsal activities.Oversee the wedding ceremony processional and recessional.Complete coordinator tasks during receptions to ensure a smooth event flow.Collaborate as part of the banquet team to deliver outstanding service.Maintain venue cleanliness and organization at all times.

Qualifications:

Required Experience: Food and Beverage experience preferredRequired Certifications: TABC and Serve Safe Food Handlers certifications are requiredRequired Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExtreme Ownership: Take full responsibility for your tasks and ensure their successful completion.Enthusiasm: Show a genuine passion for helping clients and making their events memorable.Attention to Detail: Exhibit meticulous attention to every aspect of your work.Confidence: Believe in your abilities to coordinate and execute events successfully.Excellent Communication: Maintain a positive attitude while communicating effectively with co-workers and clients.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 30 lbs frequently and stand/walk for 8-12 hoursOther:Must be eligible to work in the United States; Walters Hospitality participates in E-Verify.Submit/complete background check; have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Compensation & Schedule:

Part-time: Weekends & Evenings$17.00 - $21.00 per hour401k plan with a 4% Match
