Event Coordinator | Wayland

We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our Terrain Events team. You’ll work closely with the Events Manager to ensure smooth, elegant event execution — serving as the lead on-site contact for clients, vendors, and staff while upholding our brand’s high standards of service and hospitality. Lead and assist with event setup, transitions, and teardown Ensure venue, rentals, and decor are used and cared for properly Track supplies and notify management for reorders Complete end-of-shift reports and checklists to ensure closing procedures as outlined by Event Managers Ensure compliance with alcohol service and health/safety guidelines, particularly those prohibiting service to minors and intoxicated persons Monitor and report guest conduct issues or incidents to management Gain experience in high-end, large-scale events Work in beautiful, creative settings rooted in craftsmanship and supported by a collaborative, hospitality-focused team culture Become part of the URBN family (Terrain, Anthropologie, Free People, Urban Outfitters) with opportunities for growth, cross-training, and advancement Enjoy employee perks, discounts & benefits across all URBN brands
