Compensation: Hourly, W-2, $20-$25

Job Type: Part-time, 14-18 hours/week

Location: Onsite, Denver -Trading Academy, and surrounding area.

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday

About The Role

Do you enjoy welcoming guests, bringing people together, and keeping events running smoothly?

If you have experience in hospitality, guest services, catering, or event coordination, your skills could be a great fit for our Event Coordinator role.

You’ll help create a welcoming, well-organized experience at our introductory workshop events — from greeting attendees and assisting with registration to answering questions and keeping event details on track. You’ll also follow up with prospective students who need help completing their registration.

Working alongside our Preview Presenters in the Denver area, and at off-site events throughout the local area, you’ll bring the warmth, attention to detail, and ability to think on your feet that make great hosts stand out. Your work will help attendees feel comfortable and supported.

What You'll Do

Event Coordination & Guest Experience

Prepare event spaces for preview workshopsGreet and check in attendees, assign seating, and set the tone for a professional, welcoming environmentSupport presenters and ensure all participants — including online attendees — are comfortable and engagedHelp interested participants complete enrollment using digital or paper toolsMaintain accurate attendance records and distribute daily event reports in Salesforce

Prospect Follow-Up & Support

Answer questions, provide additional information, and support informed enrollment registrationLog all communications and tasks in SalesforceReach out to attendees who expressed interest but were unable to register at the event.Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all responsibilities

Required

What We're Looking For

2+ years in a guest-facing, customer service, hospitality, or event coordination roleNaturally warm and professional presence — you make people feel welcomed and at easeStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in records and follow-throughComfortable in fast-paced, event-day environmentsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRMAvailable to work weekends Reliable transportation is necessary; remote events require local regional travel, up to 50%.
