Event Coordinator of Event Manager who will source, pitch and execute year-round offline events in the US meant to raise brand awareness, educate users, drive sales/partner leads and promote our fast-growing brand. • Recruit, plan, and manage staffing support, including scheduling and coordination, to ensure smooth event execution. • Coordinate event responsibilities and roles with various internal teams (marketing, PR, sales, logistics and social media team). • Collaborate with influencer marketing team to host offline events for influencers around new product releases. • As we are a small team, this role will likely be required to support other department projects at times, including but not limited to – PR initiatives, product launches, influencer marketing, office management, video production and enterprise projects.
