Job Description We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and motivated Event Coordinator to lead event sales, planning, and execution while supporting the day‑to‑day guest experience at our boutique inn. Key Responsibilities • Generate and manage event sales inquiries • Build relationships with prospective clients and community partners • Coordinate event details from booking through execution • Oversee timelines, logistics, vendor communication, and day‑of management • Work alongside the inn and hospitality team to deliver a seamless guest experience • Assist with light front desk responsibilities, including occasional guest check‑in support • Help maintain strong communication across events, dining, and inn operations Ideal Candidate • Experienced in event sales, planning, hospitality, or client management • Warm, professional, and confident with guests and clients • Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces at once • Comfortable in a hands‑on role that blends sales, coordination, and hospitality • Able to work collaboratively in a small team environment • Flexible and service‑minded, with strong communication skills This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the balance of sales, event execution, and boutique hospitality , and wants to be part of a growing team in a beautiful winery and inn setting.
