Event Coordinator/Project Manager

The manager will coordinate internal and external partners to ensure all deliverables, from video productions to branded events, are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high-quality standards, acting as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors. Oversee end-to-end execution of physical events and trade shows, managing on-site logistics, talent coordination, and ensuring real-time social content capture to support Brand and EComm efforts. Production Budget Management: Determine project-specific budgets, track creative and event expenditures, and proactively communicate budget changes with the Creative Director. Operational Budgeting: Strong financial acumen with experience determining and managing project-level budgets for creative teams Logistical Organization: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple production timelines simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery of all assets Must be located in Lancaster, PA area Willing to travel (Company sponsored)
