This role involves managing requests from both internal and external parties, ensuring that all events run smoothly and within the allocated spaces. ○ Ensure that spaces are appropriately set up by facility staff prior to events. ○ Attend weekly staff meetings to review the church calendar and discuss changes for upcoming internal events. ○ Assist in the preparation and review of the annual church calendar. Experience: • event management, hospitality, scheduling or similar : 1 year (Required)
