We are seeking an experienced Event Crew Lead with a strong background in tenting and field operations to lead installation teams on a wide range of event builds. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own both execution and team performance in the field. This role is ideal for someone who: • Has hands-on tenting experience and understands the details that matter • Has led crews in events, tenting, staging, or construction environments • Is confident running a job site from start to finish • Takes pride in clean builds, strong teams, and getting it right the first time • Is looking for a company where they can grow into senior operations leadership • 2+ years of experience in tenting and/or field leadership • Experience with frame tents and high peak tents (required) • Experience with structure / T-span tents (preferred) • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage both people and production under pressure
