We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented Event Day Assistants to join our Arizona event team for the Spring 2026 season. This role offers flexibility where you’ll be able to choose which events you work based on your availability. Experience in weddings, hospitality, or events. Compensation: $20/hour (average 6–10 hours per event) Type: Seasonal, part-time (1099 contractor) Schedule: Based on event bookings and your availability (typically Friday-Sunday during fall and spring seasons) Term: Spring 2026 (optional renewals available for the following seasons) Optional: Additional hours available for supplemental event planning assistance You’ll work alongside a supportive team that truly loves what they do — helping couples celebrate in a way that feels authentic, inclusive, and unforgettable.
