This is not a planning or coordinating role — you’ll serve as the on-site contact during events, making sure everything runs smoothly with the venue and property.
Key Responsibilities:
Opening/closing the buildingSupporting vendors and guestsEnsure the smooth operation of the venue and property during eventsAssist with set-up of ceremony chairsProvide excellent customer service to guests and vendorsEnsure the smooth operation of the venue and property during eventsOversee cleanliness and organization of event spacesAddress any issues or concerns that arise during eventsRequirements:
1-2 shifts per week with flexibility around other commitmentsWeekday availability is a mustWillingness to work longer shiftsThis position is perfect for college students, anyone seeking a flexible part-time role, or someone looking to earn extra income.
