Event Designer

Insight Global is seeking an Event Designer for a top-tier creative events and experiential design client. This individual will act as a creative and sales leader, owning the design vision for large-scale events while building and maintaining high-value client relationships. The role partners closely with Event Producers to ensure each event is executed seamlessly from concept through delivery, balancing bold creativity with operational feasibility. This is a highly client-facing opportunity for a proven event design professional who thrives in sales-driven environments and enjoys leading complex, high-impact experiences from idea to execution.

Must Haves:
• 4+ years of experience in event production, design, or décor industry
• Proven ability to lead complex, high-budget event designs
• Demonstrated sales success with large-scale or strategic accounts
• Strong client-facing and relationship management experience
• Ability to develop and present creative concepts and proposals
• Strong project management and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Nice to Have:
• Experience in floral design or floral production
• Experience using event planning software and/or inventory management systems
• Experience creating sales projections or sales development plans
• Experience cross-selling or working with multiple brands/services
• Experience mentoring or training team members
• Experience troubleshooting event logistics and working directly with venue staff
