Event Designer

As an Event Designer, you will report directly to the Senior Event Producer and play a pivotal role in planning, coordinating, designing, and executing small-scale events, ensuring they align with the client's vision and objectives. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment . This role requires hands-on involvement in every aspect of event planning and execution. Manage event budgets and work with internal bookkeeper to stay on track Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing. Collaborate with designers, florists, and other creative professionals to bring the event vision to life.
