This position manages clients with respect to contract, pricing and event details and ensures the clients’ needs are met through completion of the event. • Collaborates with Creative Services and other Event Designers as needed to develop event themes and designs. • Acts as a liaison and process expert with clients to answer questions, adjusts contracts and event specifications, and ensures clients are satisfied with the sales and execution processes. • Attends events to ensure clients are satisfied and event is executed successfully and according to contract. • Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
