The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry, strong organizational skills, and a flair for creativity. Responsibilities include sourcing and booking musical acts, performers, and other entertainment; developing event concepts and themes; coordinating event logistics, including venue setup, staffing, and vendor management; and ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. The Event & Entertainment Manager will also collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and drive attendance, and work closely with F&B and operations teams to ensure a high-quality guest experience. This is a hands-on role requiring consistent on-site presence to oversee events and manage operations. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning, talent management, or entertainment programming.
