Our client, a renowned hospitality and entertainment venue in the vibrant city of Nashville, Tennessee, US , is seeking an energetic and creative Event & Entertainment Manager. This role is central to curating and executing unforgettable experiences for guests, managing all aspects of live entertainment, special events, and themed nights. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for the hospitality industry, strong organizational skills, and a flair for creativity. Responsibilities include sourcing and booking musical acts, performers, and other entertainment; developing event concepts and themes; coordinating event logistics, including venue setup, staffing, and vendor management; and ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion. You will be responsible for managing the event budget, negotiating contracts with artists and suppliers, and building strong relationships with local talent agencies and entertainment providers. The Event & Entertainment Manager will also collaborate with marketing teams to promote events and drive attendance, and work closely with F&B and operations teams to ensure a high-quality guest experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional entertainment value. Experience in event planning, talent management, or a related field within the hospitality or entertainment industry is required. This is a hands-on role requiring consistent on-site presence to oversee events and manage operations.

Key Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and execute diverse events and entertainment programming. Source, book, and manage performers, musicians, and other entertainers. Develop creative event concepts and themes. Coordinate all event logistics, including staffing, AV, and F&B. Manage event budgets and negotiate vendor contracts. Oversee on-site event execution and ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing for event promotion. Build and maintain relationships with talent and vendors. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning, talent management, or entertainment programming. Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Strong understanding of event production and logistics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
