We are looking for an Event Executive to join our team on a nationwide experiential driving tour. Provide support to the National Driving Program team by helping develop, run, and implement key program elements Serve as a key onsite team member, working closely with agency partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution Act as primary point of contact onsite for select partners and collaborators, proactively troubleshooting and resolving issues in real time Handle event logistics including registration oversight, staffing coordination, asset placement, and experiential elements Track and manage event materials, branded assets, and inventory across markets Onsite lead for event registration A passion for the luxury automotive industry 1+ years of experience in event planning, event production, or experiential marketing preferred Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in fast paced, live event environments Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners while also working independently Professional presence and strong communication skills, with willingness to represent a luxury brand in client and consumer facing settings Proficiency with Microsoft Office Software (specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word) Valid US driver's license and clean driving record required Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
