About the Role The Parking Supervisor is a key position to our parking operations and event experience. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate staff to provide excellent service to guests. Essential Functions • Provide all necessary information and equipment to Team Leads for successful events • Motivate staff to provide high-level service • Communicate effectively with Team Leads, Parking Cashiers, and other staff members • Monitor traffic flow and make adjustments as necessary Requirements • Must be at least 18 years old • Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent unless currently enrolled • Preferred 5+ years supervisory experience within a parking organization or customer service driven operation • Ability to follow direction and take charge of an area with confidence • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress environment
