Event Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Events Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events within our stores to provide a seamless and engaging experience for guests. This includes managing multiple events at once, interacting with clients of all ages, and creating a fun and creative environment that fosters memorable experiences. • Plan and coordinate events including kids birthday parties and craft classes • Engage with clients of all ages and deliver exceptional customer service • Demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and ensure their safety • Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to enhance the guest experience • Communicate event details with clients and store team members effectively • Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails and making phone calls in a timely manner Physical Requirements • Ability to remain standing for long periods of time • Ability to move throughout the store with ease • Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching to accommodate the needs of guests and colleagues
