Part-time Event Facilitator Reports to: Sr. Event Sales Manager Primary Responsibilities: Serve as an onsite representative for caterers, rental clients, event planners and vendors on event days Serve as a point of contact with Stewarding, Security, Production, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other SSC departments Maintain concise, accurate, and team-oriented communication when making requests for clients, vendors, and staff Contact Event Supervisor with issues or changes affecting day of operations Oversee the set-up and break-down of all events, including third-party equipment when necessary Follow BEO instructions, report back any changes Prepare the event closing report after each event and submit it to the Event Supervisor Work with the Event Manager and Event Supervisor to evaluate and address any event issues and provide suggestions for improvement Act and dress in a professional manner at all times Monitor unsecured areas and alert Security of potential issues Ensure a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
