Coordinate event setup and breakdown activities for event spaces, equipment, and material Support operational logistics for wedding rentals, public programs, and special events Ensure event spaces are prepared accurately and efficiently according to event plans Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, guest services, or related fields preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in fast-paced environments Strong attention to detail and operational awareness Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Comfort working evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable event and concert schedules Proficiency with Microsoft office or related event or scheduling systems preferred Education: High school diploma or equivalent, required.
