Currently, the Toledo Zoo & Aquarium is seeking a part-time Event Facility Coordinator to join their team. This role is vital in ensuring that weddings and other special events held at the Zoo are executed flawlessly, providing guests with an unforgettable experience. The Event Facility Coordinator will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and zoo staff to manage event details from conception through completion. The position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and requires flexibility, as work schedules may include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Duties include coordinating client drop-offs, managing rehearsals, assisting with event setup, and ensuring clear communication among all parties involved.
