The intern position provides the opportunity to learn the event planning process, engage with a variety of clients, and learn how to address guest issues. This role is expected to last from May 4th, 2026 and will end on July 31st, 2026. Work with Event Managers to correct department deficienciesLearn to lead, manage, and supervise part time event staffLearn to read and understand event diagrams and event instructionsLearn event configuration standards and setup requirements.Learn the various departments in the building and their event day responsibilitiesGain hands on experience in the event planning process, having the opportunity to learn and impact a wide array of eventsKey Learnings: Event Planning Fundamentals Develop a working understanding of the full event lifecycle, from initial planning through execution and post-event wrap-up.
