Event Leads are responsible for the execution of the front of the house staff, making sure tables are properly set, the food is presented well, and the service goes off without a hitch. • Must have a Food Handlers Certificate • Keeps track of Event Staff Hours and Breaks • Ensures that all staff are in proper uniform. • Responsible for turning in paperwork day of event. • Attention to detail: Event Leads have to keep their eyes on a lot of elements: food standards, uniform standards, service standards, safety guidelines. • Problem-solving skills: Dealing with unexpected circumstances, the event lead must come up with a quick resolution while staying calm and collected.
