Duties and Responsibilities: • Discuss details with Event Producer to ensure all specifics and special needs are covered prior to the event • Collaborate with the Event Chef and beverage teams on menu specifics and timelines • Collaborate with Event Mentor on new hires and any specific task they will train during the event • Ensures all event staff have a professional appearance (i.e. uniforms and grooming - following the LUX dress standards), and affable demeanor • Check-in all FOH staff as they report to LUX and assign specific job duties.
