Event Lead

We are seeking a passionate and organized Event Lead to join our team! The Event Lead is responsible for managing venue details leading up to the day and is there to ensure moving pieces are executed as planned. • Support the team by preparing event files, distributing staff schedules, and ensuring all administrative details are complete before the event date. Pre-Event • Serve as the primary point of contact for the couple, assisting them with all venue-related questions and details. • Manage any changes or adjustments needed throughout the event, ensuring a smooth flow from one part of the day to the next.
