Event Lead

This role is responsible for owning the event on site, including setup, execution, guest experience, and breakdown. Many events are run independently, so this role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making decisions, communicating professionally with clients, and taking responsibility for outcomes. Serve as the on-site lead for apartment community events Run events independently when assigned, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish Direct and supervise event assistants when present Communicate professionally with property management staff and residents Manage event setup, flow, and breakdown Solve on-site issues calmly and efficiently Transport event materials as needed (mileage reimbursed when using personal vehicle) Report any issues, missing items, or follow-ups after events This role IS: This role is NOT:
