Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field • Three years of experience in event management Key Responsibilities • Develops and executes project management plans for events involving donors and alumni • Plans and coordinates logistical aspects, including venue selection, catering, and contracts • Serves as on-site logistical lead for events • Maintains key event calendar to manage priorities and ensure timely follow-up Work is performed in a standard office environment with frequent travel required. Valid driver's license necessary. Physical demands include extended periods of standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
