Job Description: • This role will support the management of the Tech Philanthropy programs across the Americas region. The Program Coordinator will support the regional Tech Philanthropy Program Lead in developing engaging programs and opportunities for the employees to give back their technical skills. • The successful candidate will have experience of developing, planning and implementing a variety of programs, events and communications. Program Coordination and Execution • Overseeing the end-to-end program coordination of Tech Philanthropy programs in the region (including but not limited to: volunteer sourcing and training, nonprofit sourcing, communications, status reporting, stakeholder management). • Good interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to work on sensitive issues with diverse groups • Good presentation skills • Ability to influence and negotiate ideas with senior management • Excellent teamworking skills, including successful participation with global and regional counterparts.
