Event Management Trainee Responsibilities: • Attend daily retail events to educate customers on the home improvement program and services offered by our clients, ensuring a clear understanding of available options • Work directly with customers to enroll them in home improvement services, sales sales, and address any questions or concerns they may have • Coordinate and schedule appointments for customers to speak with designated top sales managers, facilitating a seamless transition from enrollment to further discussions • Maintain brand recognition for our clients by fostering a positive and consistent image at our retail events • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics through proactive outreach strategies such as directly engaging with customers • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible for future reference Event Management Trainee Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent • Prior experience in a client-facing, sales, or customer enrollment role is preferred but optional • Proven track record of success in collaborative team settings, whether through sports teams, clubs, or previous employment experiences • Interest in home improvement projects and creating memorable customer experiences • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to local retail events
