Event Coordinator Job Description This job is currently a contract position - with potential to go full time based on fit. Note: our day-to-day operation is remote work-from-home; with on-site, in person required on event days as well as site visits & client or team meetings. As Event Manager you will be expected to handle all aspects of planning an event/weekend excursion from start to finish. • Aggressively gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions. • Create and revise room layouts for each event.
