Event Manager

Northampton Country Club is seeking a service-focused Event Manager responsible for the execution and operational success of all club events and banquets. While this position provides occasional support to member dining, it is primarily an events operations role. • Monitor service flow and make real-time adjustments to ensure event success. • Assist in training banquet staff in service standards and event procedures. • Maintain banquet inventory such as linens, décor, and equipment.
