Key Responsibilities: • Oversee seamless execution of weddings and events, ensuring timelines and expectations are met • Anticipate and resolve issues quickly and professionally • Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, guests, and team members • Support and direct staff, vendors, and clients throughout the event day • Uphold The Sixpence standard of excellence in service and guest experience Qualifications • Strong leadership skills in managing internal staff • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) • Proven experience in wedding or event management • Weekend and evening availability required • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to anticipate and solve problems quickly and thoughtfully • Skilled at setting and verbalizing expectations with clients and vendors • Detail-oriented, thoughtful, and committed to seamless execution • Dedicated to advancing The Sixpence brand through consistent, high-level performance
