Event Manager

This role includes multiple types of pay, depending on what you are doing: Event Management (Commission-Based) 15% commission – solo event manager 10% commission – leading an event as a trainee Event Manager, with an experienced Event Manager overseeing the work 5% commission – serving as the trainer or overseeing Event Manager for a trainee leading an event Office & Administrative Work $9/hour Event Crew Work Piece rate - 1% per unit worked with Enjoys variety and fast-paced work Is organized but flexible Communicates clearly and professionally Takes responsibility and follows through Is willing to learn and grow into leadership Can be kind, honest, and firm with customers and staff Shows up on time and ready to work Wants to be part of a team, not just work a shift
