You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, from conceptualization and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis. Responsibilities include developing event concepts and themes; sourcing and negotiating with venues, vendors, and suppliers; managing event budgets and ensuring profitability; coordinating logistics, including catering, audiovisual, and staffing; developing marketing and promotional plans for events; overseeing on-site event management to ensure smooth operations; and conducting post-event evaluations to measure success and identify areas for improvement. A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in event management, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry, is required. Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills are crucial.
