This role assumes operational control after events are contracted by the Sales team and formally transferred through internal event documentation and Operations leadership. Client & Contractor Coordination • Serve as the primary on-site operational liaison for clients after handoff from Sales. • Coordinate with: • Operations • Security • Technical Services • Food & Beverage • Maintain professional and solution-focused communication with all stakeholders. Food & Beverage Coordination (Execution Only) • Coordinate service timing and logistics with Food & Beverage leadership. The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000/year Requirements: • Minimum 1–3 years of progressively responsible event management experience in a convention center, arena, stadium, or public assembly facility.
