The schedule may occasionally require work beyond 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, to support business or event needs. This position will require more than 40 hours per week to meet business demands Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hotel experience required; event planning, sales, or Food & Beverage experience strongly preferred Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members Organization: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Delphi, Infor, or Social Tables preferred Compensation & Work Structure Due to the nature of the role, including client management, sales efforts, event planning, and on-site execution.
